Spending time in and really noticing nature is scientifically proven to boost mental and physical health.
Forestry England has recently launched a wellbeing trail in Dorset, at Moors Valley Country Park and Forest, which gives you an opportunity to pause, notice and connect with the forest environment. The trail is accompanied by a free forest wellbeing journal with mindful things to do in the forest, any natural space or at home.
The trail is a wonderful way of introducing people to nature connection activities which are proven to deliver health and wellbeing benefits.”
