Update for Spring Meditation in Shaftesbury

Here are some dates for Spring 2023:

Evening Classes: 

A 6-Week Course in The Four Foundations of Mindfulness – 3rd April – 8th May – Mondays at 7-8.30pm 

(£60 for full course or £12 per individual class)

A 4-Week Course – Topic to be confirmed – 29th May – 10th July – Alternate Mondays – 7-8.30pm 

(cost tbc)

Daytime Classes:

A 6-Week Introduction to Meditation Course – 12th April – 10th May – Wednesdays at 9.30-10.30am

(£60 for full course or £12 per individual class)

Walking Days:

Mindful Spring Walk – Sunday 16th April – time tbc


All classes are held at the Quaker Meeting Rooms. You are gently but enthusiastically encouraged to attend the courses in full to gain as much benefit from the classes as possible.

Please email to confirm your place .  I will be away on retreat from January 9th until March 25th so I will get back to you on my return.

Cash in advance or at start of course £60 or £12 for individual classes.
