Shaftesbury Mental Health Peer Support Group will be meeting at the Guildhall (Town Hall) in Shaftesbury during the Autumn Term. This will be on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month. There will be social distancing and other Covid-19 measures to ensure it is as safe as possible. It will run from 2.00 pm until 3.30 pm which is half an hour less than normal as I would like people to only use the toilet if they absolutely have to! I will need people to help set out the tables and chairs and to help with cleaning from 1.30 pm and with putting away afterwards. Unfortunately, no refreshments can be served. The Town Council have kindly agreed to match the hall hire cost to what we paid at the British Legion and so the suggested donation remains at £3 (free for first visit). Our first meeting there should be on 17th September but I will keep people informed.
