Dorset Mental Health Forum will be there to advertise their peer support groups and I hope to have some flyers of the new website available. The similar event in Sturminster Newton before Covid (not just for men) was extremely good so pop along and see what is happening.

This great new service was launched in October 2021 and could help save the lives of busy farmers putting off a trip to the doctors. Frome Market Health Hub gives farmers, their families, and agricultural workers free access to confidential health checks, without the need to book an appointment. It has been launched by Somerset NHS

Of particular note in these changes are the move of Cllr Laura Miller as Portfolio Holder for Adult Social Care and Health to Portfolio Holder for Customer and Community Services and the appointment of Cllr Peter Wharf to Portfolio Holder for Adult Social Care and Health.
