“Staying on track with health goals just got easier with two digital developments from LiveWell Dorset: easier, faster online registration and a new coaching platform, My LiveWell.
My LiveWell is for anyone on the LiveWell Dorset free coaching programme. Clients can use it to book or reschedule appointments, access their records, update their personal information and even chat to their coach.
It includes reminders, a detailed record of a client’s personalised health and wellbeing plan and any agreed actions, plus helpful links and tips. Clients can also feedback about how they are feeling, helping LiveWell coaches to tailor sessions and create an even more personalised experience.
The new streamlined, online registration can be completed in just a couple of minutes, making access to the service quick and easy.
