A bit late to announce this but, starting in September, a new singing group for those with dementia, memory loss or who just enjoys singing was started in Gillingham.
The inspiration is from the BBC’s Songs of Praise but it is not a religious session.
The sessions are held at The Mellowes Care Home and Fernbrook Lodge with the venues rotating hosting every two weeks. 2 pm – 3.30 pm on the 2nd Friday of the month at The Mellowes and at Fernbrook Lodge on the 4th Friday of each month.
