A partnership project with Bath, North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire CCG
and Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust.
Response is working to complete this partnership project to support the work underway locally to strengthen mental health support services.
The project focuses on hospital admission avoidance for mental health and facilitating earlier hospital discharge.
