Gillingham Medical Practice has appointed two more members of staff to their team. Both have a special interest in mental health.
“Emily previously worked at a GP surgery in Reading but has relocated back to Dorset in order to be closer to family and move into a role which is focused on creating personalised patient care. Emily has a Psychology degree and a keen interest in mental health and looks forward to supporting many different projects, groups and events. In her spare time, Emily enjoys country walks, listening to podcasts, and watching true crime documentaries!”
“Hannah Swann joined us as a Social Prescriber in September. Hannah has lived and worked in Dorset all of her life. Most recently working within the Nursing Team at Gillingham Medical Practice, previous to this she spent 11 years working in Community Mental Health Services. Hannah has a keen interest in children and adult mental health. Also long term health conditions. Outside of work Hannah enjoys spending time with her young family, walking her dogs and horse riding.”
