Mindfulness on Zoom

Introductory session on Tuesday October 6th at 2pm

Free course suitable for all ages over 18. 13th Oct to 17th Nov. Tuesdays 2 pm – 3.15 pm.

Mindfulness has been shown to be helpful for stress and anxiety, chronic pain as well as a way of coping better with all that life throws at us.

Perhaps you are finding life difficult at the moment, struggling with the pandemic, caring for someone, feeling anxious or just wanting to help yourself get through whatever lies ahead.

No previous experience necessary. Sessions will include meditation, presentation of ideas, suggestions for mindfulness in action and a poem! Jude hopes to make it enjoyable as well as helpful.
