“Welcome to our Mental Health and Wellbeing Academy. Here you will find a range of courses that have been designed to teach you about Mental Health and how to support others who may be experiencing mental health issues. All of these courses will be beneficial to people supporting others, managers looking after their staff and those wanting to start exploring working within mental health.”
Courses include ‘Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP), Awareness of Mental Health, Mental Health Awareness Level 1, Awareness of Mental Health Problems Level 2 and Understanding Mental Health Level 3 – all online but paper workbooks may be available if you need them.
