Dorset Mind say….

This is a difficult time and you may be feeling more isolated during another lockdown…If you think your mental wellbeing is deteriorating and would like to access peer-support in an accepting and supportive environment, Dorset Mind’s Wellbeing Group is a good place to start. Reasons to attend our wellbeing groups:

  1. Our groups all have a shared aim – to reduce isolation and help you improve your wellbeing
  2. All our group sessions are currently delivered online by Zoom and easily accessible – we can help you to access it.
  3. There are NO long waiting times. Please note that to access our online groups you must email [email protected] to register.
  4. There is NO fee but we ask for a suggested donation of £3 for each session. Without donations we are unable to deliver groups such as these.
