CHRONIC FATIGUE SYNDROME/ME
The Vale Primary Care Network (Blackmore Vale and Gillingham Medical Practices) with their Health Champions and Social Prescribing teams are setting up a Telephone Support/Chat Group. All you need is a telephone – landline or mobile – to take part in a friendly facilitated group chat session. You do not need a computer or any other technology!
This is following on from the group we started at Abbey View Medical Centre pre Covid-19 and subsequent Zoom sessions run by Debbie and also a group run at Gillingham.
This will be run every Monday afternoon from 2 pm to 3 pm starting next Monday 18th January.
