Joint monthly Drop-In session with Rethink Mental Illness on Wednesday 29 September, 10am-11am. One hour drop-in session. These sessions will be to provide specialised advice and support from both organisations.
Emotional Resilience Training on Tuesday 5 October, 10am-12noon. A session with Aster Group on building resilience and coping strategies.
Physical Intelligence on Tuesday 12 October, 10-11am. This course will talk about different hormones, how to recognise them and use them to benefit us. You must have completed our Emotional Resilience training first to take part in this session.
