“Science has caught up with the meditation world and many studies have now confirmed the positive and lasting effects of even a light meditation and mindfulness practice. After even just 6 weeks of practice, the changes in the brain are visible on an fMRI scanner. With practice and a little time, meditation and mindfulness help to regulate our emotional and cognitive world as well as connecting us more fully to our lives in the here and now. Through meditation and mindfulness, we can develop skills to help us manage difficult and painful experiences and bring more clarity to our everyday life. We can tap into our innate human potential and discover things about ourselves that are of great benefit, not only in our own lives but also in the lives of others.”
Booking is preferred but not necessary.
