This Event is open to carers across Dorset, they can attend all day or just drop in and see what is going on. Any difficulties with transport we will try and organise a lift or a mini- bus if required. People will need to book so we can keep a check on numbers and not
Coffee Champions in Stalbridge
Coffee Champions has started up at Dikes in Stalbridge. Tuesday Afternoons 2 pm – 3.30 pm in the Cafe in the conservatory area. Joy Ford or another friendly person will be there to meet and greet. Plans are afoot for a Thursday morning cafe at the Glugg where art could be available for those interested.

They hold a monthly meeting in a friendly, confidential and comfortable environment with a cuppa and cake, Current cancer patients, those that have recovered from cancer and family and friends who may find they also need support to come to terms with the life-changing effects

Mindful Activities
Mindful Men Activity Group for men living with memory loss, dementia or experiencing social isolation. Carers welcome. Fortnightly on Thursday morning – 10 am – noon.
