APRIL IS STRESS AWARENESS MONTH
The Stress Management Society has lots of information and resources.
The Theme this year is:
‘Regaining Connectivity, Certainty and Control’. … The research identified that 65% of people in the UK have felt more stressed since the COVID-19 restrictions began in March 2020.
Lots of other organisations provide help and information as well such as the Mental Health Foundation, Rethink and Mind.
