Through the site, you can watch Nadiya Hussain, of Bake Off fame, draw from her personal experience of anxiety, or be lulled to sleep by music. There are a multitude of guides designed to quickly assist in avoiding mental distress and in the promotion of positive thinking.

There is support for all ages from CBeebies Calming sounds for babies, activities for children and input from Radio One for young people. Ruby Wax provides input on mindfulness and David Harewood on psychosis.
