Award for South West for Rehabilitation of Offenders

Charities and Companies rehabilitating offenders in the south west have been awarded almost £16 million from Government funding.  Catch-22 a support service for mental health and family issues, Nelson’s Trust and Seetec are among those involved. 

The Prisons and Probation Minister, Alex Chalk said that it was vital to tackle things like homelessness, unemployment and illiteracy in the drive to cut crime.
