Creative Wellness Journey is a Community Interest Company (CIC), a non-profit organisation. It is run by Debbie, a creative wellness artist and facilitator who shares about creativity and her journey to recovery.
The aim is:
To share information on various platforms, Facebook groups and website.
To provide a safe environment to learn how to express emotions through creativity.
To work with other communities to develop working alliances and partnerships.
To look at developing online courses and materials for art for wellness.
The project started a year ago just before lockdown and organically grew so that there are over 9,000 members worldwide.
